HELP DESK SUPPORT

Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-centric Help Desk Manager to support walk-in customers with fibre recharge processes, customer education on fibre internet and other value-added digital services. You will be the face of our community help desk, playing a key role in building trust, educating customers and ensuring they clearly understand and get real value from their internet services.

Key Responsibilities
•Assist customers with fibre recharge processes
•Educate customers on fibre internet, speeds and advantages
•Promote and explain value-added services
•Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues when required
•Maintain daily records of customer interactions and sales
•Deliver excellent customer service in a walk-in environment

Minimum Requirements
•Matric (Grade 12)
•Basic computer & smartphone literacy
•Good communication skills (English + local languages is an advantage)
•Customer service or sales experience (advantageous)
•Honest, reliable, and well-presented
•Willingness to learn about fibre and digital services
